    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Dushi Drive Fleet platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

    2. Description of Service

    Dushi Drive Fleet is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for vehicle rental fleet management. The Service allows authorized organizations ("Tenants") to manage vehicles, bookings, users, and related operations through a shared cloud-based application.

    3. Accounts & Access

    To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. New accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or pose a security risk.

    4. Tenant Data Ownership

    Each Tenant retains full ownership of the data they input into the Service, including but not limited to vehicle records, booking information, customer names, and contact details. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Tenant data.

    Data is logically isolated between Tenants. No Tenant can access another Tenant's data through the Service.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
    • Attempt to access data belonging to other Tenants
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
    • Introduce malicious code, spam, or otherwise disrupt the Service
    • Share login credentials with unauthorized individuals
    • Exceed reasonable usage limits that impact Service performance for other users

    6. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

    7. Backups & Data Recovery

    We provide backup functionality that allows administrators to create and restore data snapshots. While we take reasonable measures to protect data integrity, Tenants are encouraged to maintain their own records as an additional safeguard.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, we will make Tenant data available for export for a reasonable period (30 days). After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
